Your role in our team
'
- Ensure the development and parametrization of the software and technical solutions for the project and be commited to execute these tasks on the pre-defined schedule.
- Provide commercial support and ensure alignment between the needs identified by the customer from the point of view of the technical requirements and the solution defined by the Company.
- Support Technical Manager, or the Project Manager when necessary, in the execution of the project planning and provide technical inputs related to timings of execution of the different phases of the project.
- Contribute to the alignment between the Company's delivery capacity and the defined planning.
- In coordination with the Technical Manager perform and record all funcional tests in office, in order to ensure the operation and proper functioning of the complete solution.
- Perform the tests and trials on site, of installation and commissioning in order to ensure the operation and proper functioning of the different equipments, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Prepare the operation and application manuals.
- Support and collaborate, whenever requested, with Project Manager and/or Account Manager in all type of interface with the customer, namely, in the analysis and discussion of technical aspects of their specialty.
- Participate in the commissioning phase of the installations supporting in the activities of handover.
- Ensure its proper functioning and technical operation and contribution to customer satisfaction.
- Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety according to the superior guidelines and contractual requirements, guaranteeing the integrity and the uniformity of the same.
- Relevant college degree, namely in Software Engineering or similar;
- Advanced knowledge of database programming languages (PL/SQL and Transact-SQL)
- Advanced knowledge of databases (Oracle and SqlServer).
- English fluent, both verbal and written;
- Proactive team player with strong organization skills;
- Analytical and Results Oriented mindset.
