We are looking for people who can collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have proven product management experience, and the ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and assist the development of new products to meet customer needs
- Supporting Technical Teams in the design and deployment of tools and products into the marketplace
- Leading solution delivery projects; ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions, while engaging with IT and business partners
- Participating in all phases of Product development life cycle including ideation, requirements gathering, deployment, post-live support and operational support
- Working with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, including data, analytics, engineering, and user experience teams
- Lead and assist activities like sprint planning, retrospectives, product roadmap and backlog
- Partner with the business to identify and create strategies to improve products and services offered to our customers
- Own and maintain in-house developed products, tools and solutions
- Capture requirements and user stories, prioritize features, support UAT activities, and oversee delivery of functionalities and products roadmap
- Ensure solution design, leading business process development as appropriate
- Work with senior leadership to communicate product vision and performance
Required Qualifications

- Degree Qualified (BA, BS) in a relevant field (IT/Computer sciences, SW development, Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in product development and/or product management experience
- Proven experience in Applications, Products and SW development/implementation methodologies like Agile and Scrum, or similar
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience in leadership and decision-making roles
- Proven experience working in a large multinational company or similar environment
- Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including technical writing and documentation
- Proven understanding of IT systems, databases and other related technologies
- Demonstrated understanding of Analytics, Data Science, Databases and Cloud computing
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), SharePoint, and Visio
- Demonstrated business acumen and a customer focused mindset and/or relevant experience
