Ecopharm is a growing pharmaceutical reverse distributor operating nationwide. We help healthcare providers safely and efficiently manage the return and disposal of expired medications while ensuring full compliance with DEA and state regulations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and personable Account Manager to join our sales team. This role is primarily focused on retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, while also fielding and qualifying inbound leads from interested pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service, identifying upsell opportunities, and fostering long-term client loyalty. You will also respond to inbound inquiries, guide potential clients through our value proposition, and convert them into active accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries
  • Educate prospective and current clients on Ecopharm’s services, value, and compliance expertise
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including all communications, sales activity, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the sales executive team to execute customer retention strategies
  • Attend weekly meetings and training sessions
  • Represent Ecopharm with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or account management experience (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred)
  • Proven experience building client relationships and managing multiple accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM experience
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong time management and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable presenting to business owners and decision-makers
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to travel locally as needed (On-the-road role)
