3. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- C-level communication: interact with decision-makers in a trusted advisor capacity.
- Develop long-term partnerships, not just one-off project delivery.
- Act as the bridge between client, delivery team, and internal functions.
4. Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Keep project profitability in focus (budget responsibility).
- Contribute to the market and go-to-market strategy.
Key details:
- Salary range: CHF 170–187,000 base (excluding bonus and benefits such as pension fund coverage)
- Location: Zurich – hybrid setup, no specific on-site requirement; depends on client projects
- Travel: Mainly within Switzerland, depending on the project
- Tech involvement: No hands-on technical work required; affinity with technology is sufficient
