- Leading and developing the Partner Sales Team
- Expanding and strengthening the local domestic sales channel
- Responsibility for team and market forecasting
- Strategic planning for market development and revenue growth
- Change management to continuously optimize processes and structures
- Education – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience – Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership, channel management, or business operations
- Extensive experience within Belden or a similar industry
- Team leadership and people management experience
- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Expertise in Change Management and business transformation
- Language proficiency – Fluency in English; additional major European languages are a strong advantage.
