About Tilt 🛸
Tilt’s mission is simple: Make Commerce Alive.
From static store website builders to impersonal marketplaces, today's ecosystem is aging fast. It was built for transactional experiences, not for the new generation of merchants who grow through attention, community and personality.
In the UK alone, millions of shoppers, from sneakerheads and Y2K girlies to collectors and parents, have signed up to Tilt. Our platform has helped sellers go from zero to £1M+ in earnings, and hundreds more earn above the UK median income.
And we are just getting started.
Your Mission 🫵
Tilt is levelling up. We are rebuilding the CEO Office to focus on three core pillars:
- Tilt’s OS
- Data Science/Engineering: Building the source-of-truth tables for company-wide analysis
- Operations: Perfecting our operating model to capture the ideal leading indicators for growth across markets and categories
- AI: Building the Git repo for Tilt’s OS
- Capital Raises & Investor Relations
- Monthly investor updates (clear, timely, high-signal)
- Board decks, board minutes, data rooms and follow-ups
- Manage fundraising processes: pitch decks, memos, supporting materials, investor CRM
