About the role:
As a Client Executive, you will manage existing client relationships while driving significant growth in client numbers and share of wallet. You will hold overall responsibility for the client relationship, ensuring tailored services, managing risk, and achieving exceptional client satisfaction.
Our Private Wealth service offers comprehensive advice on investments, legal and tax matters, financing, insurance, and everyday banking. By fostering long-term relationships and understanding each client's unique financial situation, you will deliver world-class, customized solutions.
You will also:
- Own and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, and family office-related client relationships.
- Drive growth in client numbers and share of wallet through proactive prospecting, referrals, and structured client plans.
- Deliver holistic advice across investments, financing, and everyday banking—coordinating legal, tax, and insurance specialists when needed.
- Ensure risk management, suitability, and documentation in line with SEB policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact, ensuring excellent service, responsiveness, and long-term satisfaction.
- Proven track record in relationship-based advisory and sales towards private individuals (e.g., Private Banker, Client Advisor, Wealth Manager).
- Hands-on experience in investment advisory, including suitability assessment and portfolio construction in a regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience in financing advisory (e.g., mortgages, credit solutions) and ability to balance client needs with risk requirements.
- Valid SwedSec advisory and mortgage licenses is a must
- Strong commercial mindset: results-driven with a structured pipeline work and ability to convert prospects into clients
- Relevant academic degree (e.g., finance, economics, law) and/or additional certifications (e.g., CFA)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills and high integrity
