Excel Recruitment is delighted to partner with a rapidly expanding fast food brand to recruit a high-calibre Head of Operations to spearhead nationwide growth of their new concept across multiple locations in Ireland.
Salary: €80,000 – €85,000, Bonus and Company Car.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, commercially astute leader to take full ownership of operational strategy, driving the successful rollout of a dynamic fast food brand across Ireland. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the business from its early stages, embedding best-in-class processes, and building a high-performance culture that delivers consistent excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the operational strategy, leading the end-to-end rollout of new locations with precision and consistency
- Drive the expansion of the brand nationwide, ensuring exceptional standards in quality, service, and customer experience across all sites
- Design, implement, and continuously refine operational policies, systems, and best practices to support scalable growth
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development
- Oversee all financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, cost control, and maximising profitability
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and all regulatory requirements
- Act as a key brand ambassador, fostering a culture rooted in innovation, efficiency, and customer-first thinking
- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement
- Analyse performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve operations and drive results
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior operational leadership role such as Director of Operations, Head of Operations, or Regional Manager within food service or hospitality
- Demonstrated success in scaling multi-site operations or launching new concepts
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience developing and retaining high-performing teams
- Highly commercial, with strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel nationwide as required
