Senior Data Analyst (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric) - Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to join a fast-growing, data-driven environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, building scalable reporting solutions, and owning analytics initiatives end-to-end. This is a highly collaborative position requiring both strong technical skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric to build and optimize modern data workflows and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Perform data modeling, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously improve reporting performance and data processes
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or strong familiarity with modern data platforms)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Factory)
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Experience working in product-driven or high-growth tech environments
- Background in data warehousing or data engineering concepts

- US Timezone Overlap: 6–7 hours with GMT-5
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
