The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Book domestic/international travel, create expense reports, process mail, meeting planning and event/catering details
  • MSO, Adobe, NetDocuments, iManage, Outlook, Teams, federal and state e-filings, ShareFile, Zoom, MyFile Runner
  • Manage detailed paper/digital trial documents with Bates stamp
  • Draft and proof-read court documents, client correspondence
  • Assist with litigation including discovery, document production, deposition prep, hearing prep
  • Provide support to legal staff and billing department for timely month-end close


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 + years Legal and/or Executive Assistant at a professional environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy with a strong verbal and written communication skills/Positive team mindset, Lifelong learner, inquisitive and ability to prioritize workload
