Senior ERP Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to support and optimize its enterprise ERP ecosystem. This role will focus on system ownership, business process improvement, and supporting a transition to a modern Microsoft Dynamics Business Central SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP functional expertise and the ability to work closely with both business and technology teams to enhance system performance, drive adoption, and support operational efficiency across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key functional lead supporting the ERP platform and related business applications
• Partner with business leaders and IT to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend system improvements
• Support ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades
• Participate in the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central (SaaS)
• Coordinate testing, data validation, and user acceptance processes
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 ERP support, troubleshooting transactional and workflow issues
• Support ERP workflows across sales, inventory, purchasing, order fulfillment, and service operations
• Develop and maintain operational and financial reporting, including dashboards and analytics
• Manage ERP documentation, change management processes, and user training materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system stability and scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of ERP-driven business processes such as finance, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, or service operations
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations
• Familiarity with ERP integrations and data management
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
