The Role
This is not a coordination role.
This is not a reporting role.
This is a regional business leadership role responsible for driving performance, creating accountability, and building a high-output culture across multiple branches.
You will lead Operations Managers and their teamsbut more importantly, you will own the performance of the region. That includes revenue, profitability, customer experience, and the pace at which the business runs.
If you're comfortable pushing leaders, addressing issues directly, and driving resultsthis role fits. If you prefer maintaining systems and observing performance, it won't.
What You'll Own
Drive Regional Performance
- Own Parts and Service revenue and profitability across all locations in your region
- Set clear expectations and push branches to hit and exceed targets
- Identify gaps quickly and implement actions that move the numbers
- Establish a high standard for speed, responsiveness, and execution
- Remove friction between branches, departments, and teams
- Ensure machines, parts, and decisions move fastno bottlenecks, no waiting
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable Operations Managers and their teams
- Raise the standard of leadership across the region
- Address underperformance directly and quickly
- Ensure consistent, high-level customer service across all locations
- Step into major issues and ensure fast resolution
- Build relationships with key regional customers
- Partner closely with Sales, Rental, and PSSR teams to support growth
- Ensure operations is enablingnot slowing downrevenue generation
- Help create momentum across the region by aligning teams toward winning business
- Maintain strong financial performance across all branches
- Ensure facilities, safety, and 5S standards are met without compromising speed
- Standardize what worksbut don't let process slow down execution
- Regional Parts Revenue & Gross Profit vs. Budget
- Regional Service Revenue & Gross Profit vs. Budget
- Speed of execution (turnaround time, responsiveness)
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Performance consistency across branches
- Branch 5S Scores
- A high-accountability leader who drives results through people
- Strong business instinctsyou understand what moves revenue and profit
- High sense of urgencyyou don't tolerate slow or stuck operations
- Ability to coach leaders, not just manage processes
- Willingness to be in the field and engaged with teams and customers
- 5+ years leading multi-location teams or comparable leadership scope
- Background in dealership, service, construction, or related industry preferred
- Proven track record of improving performancenot just maintaining it
- 6070% travel within region
- This role is expected to be in branches regularlyleading from the front
