Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with healthcare experience to support business processes and technology initiatives. The role involves working with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Understand healthcare workflows and business objectives
• Identify process improvement opportunities and create process documentation
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
• Support solution design and implementation
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Assist with reporting and compliance documentation
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• Healthcare domain experience preferred
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or EHR systems
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams
