About The Role

• provides crucial creative, technical, and design support to lead designers on all projects
• CAD drafting and detailing in Vectorworks
• basic 3D modeling / SketchUp and Enscape
• vendor and consultant coordination (builders, fabricators, engineers)
• tracking and managing the procurement process from quote to install
• building client presentations in Adobe InDesign
• color correction in Adobe Photoshop
• researching and sourcing materials, furniture, lighting, hardware, etc.
• office-related chores and tasks
• organizing and managing our materials library
• must be located in Portland, Oregon
• 35-40 hours/week, in-person and work from home, schedule tbd.

About Us

• small studio of two principal designers, a design assistant, and a procurement manager.
• currently working on high end residential renovation and furniture projects spanning different architectural styles and eras located in Portland, Seattle, the San Juan Islands and New York.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• organized, thoughtful, communicative, and reliable
• a degree in interior design or interior architecture
• 2-4 years of relevant work
• open to a variety of tasks and roles
