The Impact You’ll Drive

• Monitor conversations across social platforms and the web using ORM tools and manual tracking
• Respond to user mentions with brand-aligned communication—on time, every time
• Flag high priority mentions in real-time and assist with crisis mitigation
• Celebrate the good stuff by identifying UGC and shoutouts that deserve a spotlight
• Create basic ORM reports, sentiment summaries, and trend analyses in PPT format
• Coordinate with internal teams to solve user issues or questions promptly

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 0–1 year of ORM or social media handling experience, preferably in a digital agency setup
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or any relevant stream
• Basic understanding of Gen AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc for enhancing productivity and tone-checking content
• Solid command over written English and a flair for brand-aligned tone
• Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube
• Basic understanding of ORM tools and reporting dashboards
• Ability to juggle multiple conversations and stay cool under pressure
• A proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset
