We are actively hiring for fresher MBA candidates (Marketing) from

Tier -1 Institutes with 0-1 years of experience for the following role.


Quantitative Research Consumer Insights for Brand and Strategic Insights Team


  • Design and execute quantitative research studies to understand consumer attitudes and behaviour.
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting tools to track consumer trends and KPIs.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain research reports and insights across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, strategy, analytics) to provide research support aligned with business needs.
  • Share insights and trend reports with relevant business units.
  • Ensure data quality, validity, and reliability in all research outputs.
  • Present findings in clear, compelling formats (reports, presentations, visualizations) tailored to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging research methodologies, tools, and technologies in consumer insights.
  • Assist in orchestrating digital masterclasses and design thinking workshops.



Applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • All applicants should have scored a minimum of 60% (i.e., First Class) in all academic qualifications (Full-Time - 10th, 12th, UG, PG)
  • Applicants should NOT have gaps in education i.e. all the courses should have been completed in the stipulated duration.
