📍 Location: Bulgaria

🕒 Working Hours: 2 PM – 6 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage merchant relationships, drive retention, and support revenue growth. This is a fully remote freelance role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships

• Provide proactive, solution-oriented support

• Analyze data to identify issues and improve performance

• Support sales, negotiations, and retention strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

💼 Required Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship management

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Experience with CRM, reporting, and communication tools

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Bulgarian language proficiency (Mandatory)
