Software Developer - Intermediate
Position Summary
Support the development, configuration, testing, documentation, and release readiness of BOAT/low-code application components and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and configure low-code/BOAT forms, workflows, rules, integrations, and application features under senior technical guidance
- Support intake, case management, document upload, metadata, RBAC, reporting, and data exchange capabilities
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, peer reviews, testing, and defect resolution
- Assist with API integrations, data mapping, technical documentation, and handoff materials
- Support UAT, accessibility remediation, performance tuning, and release readiness activities
- Follow secure development, configuration management, and compliance standards
- 4 years of software development, low-code development, workflow automation, application support, or cloud delivery preferred
- Experience with workflows, APIs, forms, data integrations, case management, or reporting tools preferred
- Familiarity with agile delivery, sprint processes, acceptance criteria, and testing practices
- Understanding of secure development, accessibility, federal compliance, and documentation standards preferred
- Experience with AWS, BPM/workflow tools, low-code platforms, or DevSecOps environments is a plus
Must support federal delivery standards, agile/DevSecOps practices, secure handling of Sensitive PII, Privacy Act compliance, NIST/FISMA/DOT requirements, NDA/background checks, and remote/on-site availability expectations.
