Key Responsibilities

Job Summary and key responsibilities

• Create, modify and maintain excel / Power BI created documents for client reporting and dashboards
• Create, modify and maintain detailed graphs and data analysis and trends
• Create, modify and maintain management reports for internal management and board meetings
• Create, modify and maintain presentations for clients and internal meetings as required
• Create, modify and maintain detailed viability budgets and management analysis for Build to Rent clients
• Liaison with other data analysts within the wider LRG group

What Are We Looking For

• Advanced excel capability including power query with SQL
• Ability to create SQL queries and utilise these queriers within Excel / Power BI
• Understand data analytics and design complex graphs and data metric analysis
• Strong mathematical skills, understanding accounting reporting.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and creation skills
• Ability to learn and integrate new systems into reporting
• Understanding of Power BI analytics beneficial
