We are looking for our next Vendor Replenishment Analyst - Kroger

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, United States

About your role:

The Vendor Replenishment Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing demand and replenishment for the Kroger business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high in-stock performance while minimizing waste through proactive forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Own inventory and replenishment performance across Kroger stores and distribution centers
• Analyze sales trends, promotions, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy
• Partner with sales, supply chain, and customer teams to align replenishment strategies
• Monitor KPIs including in-stock rates, service levels, and forecast performance
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to improve inventory efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in replenishment processes and data visibility

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, or demand planning
• Experience with retailer replenishment systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder, or 84.51° preferred
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
