IT Support Specialist

Job Title: Desktop & IT Support Specialist
Location: Springboro, OH

In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for primarily remote users across desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365 environments, business applications, and network connectivity. This position combines end-user support, troubleshooting, deployments, imaging, and systems administration within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting multiple clients and technologies. Ideal candidates will bring strong customer service skills, experience supporting Windows and Office 365 environments, and the ability to troubleshoot independently while continuing to grow technically.

What You'll Do:

• Provide remote technical support for computer operations, software issues, setups, and error resolution
• Troubleshoot and support software applications, business processes, hardware, networks, and wireless connectivity
• Support local and remote laptop users including rebuilds, reimaging, VPN support, and remote troubleshooting
• Install software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops
• Assist with technical projects through implementation, testing, and production
• Maintain and update applications, websites, content management systems, and electronic records
• Document issues, procedures, and solutions within support knowledgebases and policy documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide occasional evening/weekend support as needed
  

Technical Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in computer systems support, helpdesk support, deployment, and imaging
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and end-user support
• Experience troubleshooting network and Wi-Fi issues
• Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Windows operating systems
• Linux and Macintosh experience is a plus
• Technical certifications are a plus
