Data Entry & Record Processing
- Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems accurately
- Review documents and records for completeness and accuracy before processing
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation systems
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
- Assist with routine clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents
- Support teams with data retrieval and record management requests
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation procedures
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of completed entries and updates
- Follow company standards and procedures for data management
- Use spreadsheets, databases, and administrative tools effectively
- Assist in improving workflows and operational efficiency related to data processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across systems
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or data management systems is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
