Procurement Coordinator

They are currently seeking a Polish Speaking Procurement Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Budapest, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of tender and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation of tenders and quotes according to customer requests and public procurement regulations.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of contracts in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Validate and ensure all necessary information for quotes is provided and escalate issues when necessary.
• Oversee the full tendering process, from preparation to submission, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment with company policies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Polish, with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including quoting, order processing, and tracking.
• Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and documentation accurately.
