- Partner Management: Keep our global distributors and agents aligned, motivated, and equipped with the right data.
- Sales Ops: Own the CRM, follow-ups, and scheduling. Keep the engine running smoothly.
- Direct Collaboration: Work directly under me. Zero layers of bureaucracy.
- Flawless English: You will communicate with global R&D directors and engineers daily. Clear, professional writing is a must.
- Channel Experience: Prior experience in distributor or agent management is a huge plus.
- Extreme Proactivity: If you wait around to be told what to do, this isn't for you. You spot the gap and fill it.
- Autonomous Execution: You own your tasks from start to finish. I don't micromanage; I look at results.
