Job Description

The Student Temporary (OPS) employee provides administrative and operational support to the College of Nursing's Academic Program team. This role assists with day ‑ to ‑ day tasks that support academic program coordination, data management, communications, and special projects. The position is ideal for a detail ‑ oriented student seeking experience in higher education administration.

Responsibilities

Monitor the Graduate Programs inbox and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Track Verification of Enrollment (VOE) requests using a shared spreadsheet to ensure accuracy and completion.

Create, organize, and maintain Box folders for request-related documentation.

Complete graduate program forms using available Banner information, leaving unknown fields blank as appropriate.

Coordinate with Program Directors and Concentration Directors to complete and obtain signatures on forms by:

  • Sending via DocuSign, or
  • Scheduling time for in person (wet) signatures

Submit completed forms through the appropriate channels via including email, mail, or online systems in accordance with program requirements.

Assist the Academic Program Support team with data entry tasks

Assist with additional tasks to support academic program administration
