Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to create a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing strategies Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align business development strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for review by the Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to align sales efforts.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
  • On-boarding customers activities.
  • Goal and Target base business development activities
  • Identify new products based on analysis.
  • Visit and participate in domestic and international exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
