Junior Customer & Sales Support - Eindhoven

You will join our dynamic and international Customer and Sales Support team. You will have direct contact with clients in the Netherlands via email and telephone, supporting them with incoming calls, order and quote handling, and office-related tasks.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Go beyond customer expectations and support the sales team.
- Handling all incoming calls and emails from customers and salespersons.
- Processing quotes, orders, and maintaining customer-related data in internal systems.
- Supporting mainly Dutch customers and sales team, including office-related tasks.
- Close Cooperation with logistics and accounting departments as well as other departments as needed.
- Educational background or 1-3 years experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Fluent Dutch and English (business proficiency)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working with internal data systems
- Full onsite presence during the initial training and onboarding period.
