Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a highly proactive and motivated Team Assistant to join their busy Frankfurt office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years administrative experience, who is eager to take the next step in their business support career towards becoming an Assistant within the financial services sector.
THE ROLE
- Supporting the team with administrative duties
- Diary management
- Arranging international travel
- Processing expenses
- Providing ad-hoc support across events and projects as required
THE CANDIDATE
- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Have a professional, committed attitude and approach
- Fluent in both written and spoken German, and English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive decision-making and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
