We are looking for the following position for our Human Resource Management & Administration Department (HRM&A) Department


Designation: Sr. Executive (Payroll) – 01 No. (ARAI Contract) (HRM&A)


Location: Kothrud - ARAI, Pune


Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or and Masters in Human Resources.

Job Description:


Payroll Executive Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll, tax compliance, managing HR databases, reports and system upgrades.
  • Manage monthly salary, tax calculations, benefits, and deductions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and internal payroll policies.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries & maintain accurate records.
  • Administer day-to-day payroll and HRIS functions, guarantees data accuracy in payroll records, integrates system updates, and supports HR and employee requests.
  • Employee data management, Benefits administration, Payroll processing, Time and attendance management, Reporting & analytics and Employee self-service.


HRIS Analyst Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end salary processing while maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for data accuracy, compliance, and system efficiency.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for HRIS platforms, managing system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data integrity in the database, conducting audits, and generating reports/ dashboards.
  • Analyse HR needs to optimize, automate, and streamline HR processes via system enhancements.


Key Skills

  • Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS tools & payroll management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation and payroll regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and experience in auditing HR data
  • Good communication skills to assist employees and stakeholders.


Soft skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with HR professionals, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources.
  • Master’s in Business Administration in HR/MPM/PGDMs


Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.


Note for Contract Position: ARAI Contract for 01-year, Contract will be extended but it depends upon candidate performance.
