Who You Are

You bring:
🎓 A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education + experience)
🩺 5–10 years of experience in healthcare management or operations
💬 Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
⚙️ Knowledge of healthcare compliance, workflow optimization, and project management
💡 A proactive mindset — you don’t just identify problems, you solve them!
Bonus points if:
✅ You’re a Registered Nurse (RN)
✅ You have experience with EMR systems and clinical operations
