This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller based in the Greater Colorado Springs Area. The Controller will oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The individual will also perform budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and maintain financial accuracy to support decision-making. Collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with key strategic goals will be an essential part of the role.

• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Proficiency in accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial reporting systems
• Skilled in leadership, team collaboration, and cross-departmental communication
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and data analytics tools
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, with experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of government contract accounting and defense industry standards is a plus
