Solutions Engineer – Analytics (Power BI SME)

Location: Anderson, South Carolina (On-site)

Salary: $130k – $135k base + 10% bonus

I’m working with a large, well-established U.S. manufacturing organization that is expanding its enterprise analytics capabilities and looking for a Power BI subject matter expert to help drive business intelligence across the company.

This role sits within the Applied Data team and will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision making across the business by designing and scaling enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and building enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions

• Developing data pipelines and semantic models that support large-volume datasets

• Acting as the Power BI SME across the business, helping teams optimize how they use analytics tools

• Partnering with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions

• Implementing Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and automation

• Supporting data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices across teams

What they’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience building Power BI analytics solutions
• Experience working with enterprise datasets and BI reporting environments
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and Power Query/DAX
• Experience integrating data from sources such as SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, or cloud platforms
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders to build scalable analytics solutions

Nice to have:

• Power Automate experience
• Python or SQL for data analysis and automation
• Exposure to Azure or cloud data environments
• Experience working with manufacturing or time-series operational data
