ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


As an Intern you will support the Frankfurt team with transaction execution and business development. Key tasks include:


  • Assisting in preparing marketing materials for live transactions as well as for pitches and other client meetings
  • Supporting the work on financial models and company valuations
  • Conducting market and company research across a variety of industries

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


  • Must have completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related field with strong academic records
  • Practical experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services or Private Equity as well as very good knowledge of accounting, valuation methods and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
