NWMN Group owns and operates small businesses across e-commerce, manufacturing, and aviation. We need someone who actually runs the books day-to-day.


What you'll do

  • Own QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
  • Reconcile accounts and keep books close to real-time
  • Run weekly AR/AP, collections, and vendor payments
  • Handle payroll, benefits admin, and HR paperwork
  • Close the books monthly
  • Produce P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow reports the CEO can actually use
  • Build and maintain budgets and forecasts in Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with the CPA at tax time
  • Flag problems early

What you need

  • Expert in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
  • Multi-entity experience
  • Comfortable with payroll platforms (Gusto or similar) and benefits admin
  • Strong attention to detail; you catch your own mistakes
  • Work without being managed
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA a plus
