Bookkeeper / Controller — NWMN Group West Palm Beach, FL · Full-time, on-site
NWMN Group owns and operates small businesses across e-commerce, manufacturing, and aviation. We need someone who actually runs the books day-to-day.
What you'll do
- Own QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
- Reconcile accounts and keep books close to real-time
- Run weekly AR/AP, collections, and vendor payments
- Handle payroll, benefits admin, and HR paperwork
- Close the books monthly
- Produce P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow reports the CEO can actually use
- Build and maintain budgets and forecasts in Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the CPA at tax time
- Flag problems early
What you need
- Expert in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
- Multi-entity experience
- Comfortable with payroll platforms (Gusto or similar) and benefits admin
- Strong attention to detail; you catch your own mistakes
- Work without being managed
- Bachelor's degree required; CPA a plus
