Renewals Associate

We are seeking to hire a Renewals Associate who is responsible for working alongside the Renewals Specialists in supporting asset maintenance renewals for our customers. The Renewals Associate needs to be organized, proactive, customer-focused, and resourceful with an understanding of customer needs.
What You Would Do
- Work with the Renewals Specialists to gain an understanding of processes and procedures for both Cisco renewals/subscriptions and renewals for all other manufacturers that we support.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team: Work with the sales team members to understand the customer's requirements and objectives.
- Understand customer needs: Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and preferences.
- Gather Customer Information: Collect all relevant details from the customer, including their name, company name, contact information, and any specific requirements or preferences they have expressed.
- Utilize pricing guidelines and tools: Determine pricing and apply appropriate discounts, and promotions.
- Prepare the Quote: Utilize the company's quote generation tools to create professional and customized quotes.
- Review and verify the accuracy of the quotes before sending them to customers. Ensure that all quotes are sent to customers within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Order Entry: Enter the order details into the order management system. Place order with vendor. Confirm once complete.
- Follow up with AEs and customers to confirm the receipt of the order. Provide ETAs once available.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with manufacturers by maintaining open communication, addressing any issues or concerns promptly, and seeking opportunities for collaboration and process improvements.
- Initiate maintenance renewal quotes 60–90 days in advance and follow up consistently to ensure timely booking.
- Previous experience in renewals, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand clients' unique security challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
