Zeit AI is building the agent framework for business intelligence. We are a x-Palantir team (Marvin and Leopold), YC S24, backed by Oxford and Sequoia Scout Fund. Live customers across aviation, agriculture and logistics. $1M+ ARR in year one, on-site in Munich with regular SF offsites.

What we mean by Founders Associate

The right hand to the founding team. You take whatever matters most that week and ship it: operations, customer and partner success, the unsexy legal and finance stuff, the events that bring Europe's AI builders together. You make our founders' day lighter and increase the velocity of the whole company.

Your superpower is leverage. Where someone else opens a spreadsheet, you build a reliable Claude agent. You execute with incomplete information, context-switch without dropping balls, communicate proactively, and do not shy away from unglamorous work.

Who Fits

• 1 to 3 years in a fast environment (startup, consulting, VC, your own thing)
• Built or scaled something real (a project, a deal you closed, a community you ran)
• Curious to learn a lot our product
• Communicate clearly in German and English, in-person, in calls, in writing
• You change the energy when you enter a room!

Zeit AI is an engineering-driven company building from Munich. We believe in high ownership, direct feedback, and super fast iteration.

• Munich is our primary hub. We believe strongly in frequent in-person collaboration and build the team around it. We help you to relocate.
