Job Description
We are looking for a Logistic Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. You will manage transportation, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure smooth movement of goods across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage logistics operations: dispatch, delivery, and route tracking
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery agents
- Maintain shipment records and ensure timely updates
- Monitor fleet maintenance and route efficiency
- Resolve delivery issues or delays
- Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch team
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or courier operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
