Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Indexed description
Company Overview
We are partnering with a private equity-backed industrial platform operating across multiple business lines focused on value-added products, logistics, operational services, and technical distribution solutions for commercial and industrial customers across North America.
The company has a long operating history, a diversified customer base, and a highly acquisitive growth strategy supported by experienced ownership and executive leadership. The business is currently undergoing significant operational and financial transformation, making this an ideal opportunity for a high-impact FP&A leader to help build scalable reporting and analytics infrastructure.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created Director of FP&A role reporting directly to the CFO. Historically, the organization has operated without a dedicated FP&A leader, creating a unique opportunity for someone to build forecasting, reporting, analytics, and decision-support processes from the ground up.
The Director of FP&A will act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, helping drive operational visibility, improve financial decision-making, support acquisition integration, and implement scalable planning infrastructure across a multi-site organization.
This is not a maintenance role — the company is looking for someone who can build, influence, and create structure within a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
