Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving business development in the biotechnology sector. This role involves client communication, sales documentation, project coordination, and cross-department collaboration. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in life sciences, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication Support: Assist sales representatives with client communication, meeting coordination, and relationship management to enhance customer engagement.
  • Sales Materials Preparation: Prepare sales documents such as quotations, service agreements, product brochures, and presentations to support client interactions.
  • Order and Project Follow-Up: Track customer needs, order status, and project timelines to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support clients with order placement and follow up on sample logistics to ensure safe delivery and avoid errors.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Project Management, Technical, Logistics, and Marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Maintain and organize sales-related files and customer data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and easy retrieval.
  • Other Duties: Assist with tasks such as preparing bidding documents, receiving client visits, and handling other assignments from the sales team as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or above in a life sciences-related field (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology);
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and follow up on projects;
  • Detail-oriented with solid document handling and organizational abilities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software tools;
  • Experience with NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) or related biotech industry experience is a strong plus.
