Information Technology Assistant

Role: IT assistant

Pay rate: $18-20/hr W2

Duration: start date June 1st – 3 month contract

Hours: 32 hours a week -can choose from 7:30am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm(EST)

Onsite: Cleveland, OH

Only need to pass a background check – no interview required!

Job Description:

Resetting and preparing devices for reuse

Setting up equipment and classrooms for teachers and staff

Supporting technology equipment such as:

Computers/laptops

Smart boards

Phones and related equipment

Utilizing spreadsheets and internal tools to track inventory, device status, and work completed

Organizing and managing technology equipment during Phase 1 of the project

Working as a team to complete device preparation and deployment tasks

Following basic technical procedures and troubleshooting simple computer-related issues

Requirements:

• Basic computer and technical familiarity
• Comfortable handling and setting up hardware/equipment
• Detail-oriented and organized

The salary range for this position is 8k to 10,400k. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
