Home Instead of Marion County is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for our Marion County Location. This role provides administrative support to our HR Manager and staff of Care Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Helping to screen, Interview, and supply onboarding paperwork to potential new hires
- Audit files and paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Schedule meetings and training for Care Professional base, as needed per policy
- All other requested daily administrative duties as directed by the HR Manager
- Be willing to learn specific technology platforms that support our work while also being familiar with Microsoft Office programs (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to problem solve and coach on technology issues for employees
- Be a self-starter and complete work in a timely fashion, hitting deadlines as requested
- A multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects at one time
- Ability to communicate with applicants and staff in a friendly and congenial manner
- Willing to assist other teammates in their work, when required
- High school Graduate
- Experience in Human Resources preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and Care Professionals with dignity and respect
- Complete a Level 2 criminal background check, DMV check with good driving record, and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- Must be willing to work as a Care Professional if needed.
