ABOUT YOU

As our Associate Sourcing Partner, you bring a blend of strategic thinking and analytical skills to the table. Your curiosity and creativity drive you to dig into challenges, customize strategies, and identify uncommonly strong fits between client and candidate. As a killer tactician, you are essential to the Grey Team and our clients, identifying hidden talent, conducting market research, and thinking of ever-creative ways to uncover the ‘right fit.’ You are open-minded and freely share your ideas, helping us all learn from each other and stay at the top of our game. Priorities and timelines often shift, so we love your ability to comfortably switch gears. And the positive relationships you form with teammates, clients and the community make us proud to have you on the team.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Grey Search Team by supporting select clients led by Recruiting Partners, Senior Partners, or Directors
  • Participate on calls led by Grey Recruiting Partners (Senior and/or Director) with hiring managers and HR leaders to evaluate hiring needs and define a unique search/project approach for each assigned open job
  • Contribute to defining and executing search strategies, including sourcing, market analysis, skillset/industry research, and identifying supplemental sourcing tools
  • Creatively source high-caliber candidates by maximizing internet resources, AI platforms, social media, and other resource tools
  • Work closely with Grey Recruiting Partners by shadowing client meetings and candidate interviews to better assess each client’s unique complexities and culture to match against prospective candidates
  • Ability to source on up to 6 projects at any given time
  • Deliver a positive experience for clients and team members through your professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity
  • When applicable, build a network of future candidates with desirable skill sets
  • Conduct business reviews with senior leadership, including trends, risks, and talent insights
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor and subject matter expert both internally and externally
  • Assesses the candidate market to determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions


YOUR EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years sourcing and/or recruiting experience desired
  • Deep knowledge of online recruiting and social media recruiting channels (LinkedIn Recruiter-Must Have)
