The individual will partner closely with Product, UX, Technology, and Operations teams to drive strategic decision-making through experimentation, funnel analytics, customer behavior insights, and measurement frameworks.
This role requires strong analytical rigor, product thinking, stakeholder influence, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Works with internal partners to understand business needs, structures requests into analytical projects, and leads complex analytical initiatives to completion.
- Analyze digital customer journeys and onboarding funnels to identify friction points, drop-offs, conversion opportunities, and experience improvements.
- Designs, measures, and interprets A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to evaluate product enhancements and business impact.
- Partners with Product Managers, UX, and Technology teams to define success metrics, influences roadmap prioritization, and supports data-driven decision making.
- Translates complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and executive-level storytelling.
- Works with digital, behavioral, and clickstream data to understand customer interactions across onboarding journeys and digital experiences.
- Mentors junior analysts and provides guidance to onshore/offshore analytical resources supporting the onboarding journeys.
- Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.
- Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
- Champions the use of data storytelling to influence strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in BI, analytics, data science, data strategy or related domains
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or related field. Graduate degree preferred.
- Strong SQL and Python skills with experience analyzing large-scale structured and behavioral datasets.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in product analytics, digital analytics, customer journey analytics, or experimentation-driven environments preferred.
- Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, or similar tools preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
- Financial services, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer digital product experience preferred.
