Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect, primarily based in Gibbsboro, NJ, with the opportunity for remote work. The Architect will be responsible for designing architectural plans, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring design adherence to client requirements and local building codes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, overseeing design implementation, integrating project components, and maintaining effective communication with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the field of architecture
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural projects
• Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Licensure as an Architect in one or more states, with preference for licensure in New Jersey
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
