Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a leading global children’s publishing and educational media company to recruit for an eCommerce Analyst on a 3-month contract assignment located in SoHo, NYC.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on eCommerce experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on digital merchandising and site optimization.
Pay: $35–40/hr
Location: SoHo, NYC
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Hybrid
What You’ll Do
- Execute online merchandising updates and promotions through the company’s content management system
- Partner with category management and site operations teams to maintain and optimize the online storefront
- Coordinate with creative/design teams on digital assets and site updates
- Track and analyze key eCommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, engagement, and merchandising performance
- Monitor customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for site improvements
- Support website optimization initiatives and A/B testing efforts in partnership with analytics teams
- Assist with additional digital marketing and eCommerce projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or related web analytics tools
- Experience within retail, publishing, or consumer-focused industries is a plus
