Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skill with a positive attitude. This position is ideal for a driven, disciplined, and high-performing individual with business/sales acumen that has experience in B2B sales prospecting, market research, and sales lead generation. The Business Development Executive is responsible for generation leads and acquiring new clients as well as maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Participate in market segmentation and go-to-market strategy discussions to help identify target B2B customer segments and potential target prospects in each segment.
- Grow sales while developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients.
- Develop new business via cold prospecting, email outreach, etc.
- Manage successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining pipeline, sales activity in CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting team to ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support, answer client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Meet all quotas for cold, active, appointments, and interviews; meet or exceed annual sales.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strongly desired previous experience working for staffing & recruiting company.
- Experience developing and executing media/marketing/social campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
