Build systems that actually work. For people who actually need them.

At ClwydAlyn, Digital Transformation Isn’t About Shiny Tech.

It’s about making services better for the people who rely on them — and helping deliver our mission: “Together, we will end poverty.”

This is your chance to take systems beyond implementation… and make them stick, evolve, and deliver real value every day.

What you’ll do

Turn change into reality

  • Embed system changes into day-to-day operations (not just “go-live and leave”)
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and long-term benefits
  • Continuously improve core systems to maximise impact

Lead a team that delivers

  • Manage and develop a Business Systems Improvement team
  • Set clear priorities and create structure around delivery
  • Act as the escalation point for complex system issues

Push innovation forward

  • Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and smarter ways of working
  • Shape digital solutions that genuinely improve services and efficiency

Make data matter

  • Strengthen data quality, reporting, and governance
  • Align systems with real business insight and decision-making

Be the bridge

  • Work closely with operational leaders to understand what’s really needed
  • Translate between people, process, and technology

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience leading digital/system change from implementation → BAU
  • Strong track record of driving user adoption and benefits realisation
  • Experience managing and developing teams focused on improvement
  • Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and build buy-in
  • Solid understanding of system governance, testing, and release processes
  • Strong grasp of data quality, reporting, and governance

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with AI, automation, or emerging tech
  • Experience in housing, public sector, or regulated environments
  • Background in data/BI improvement or supplier management
