Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Support mobility and transfers using safe lifting techniques
• Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to nursing staff
• Ensure resident dignity and comfort in every interaction
• Assist with meal setup, feeding, and hydration support
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols

• Active CNA certification in the state of Arkansas
• Compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but we welcome new CNAs
