Job Overview

Handshake is seeking motivated students and graduates to work remotely testing Large Language Models (LLMs) in collaboration with top AI labs. Participants will apply their skills and academic knowledge to help improve LLM performance. All disciplines and majors are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently on short-term AI training projects.
• No minimum commitment to hours required.
• Complete a brief training and a single assessment before starting.
• Shape the future of AI while building skills and confidence.
• Gain experience training frontier AI models.

• Current students pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, or degree holders.
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
• Capacity to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Comfortable working in a primarily asynchronous, remote environment.
• Proficient reasoning skills capable of challenging advanced AI systems.

Successful performance in this program leads to eligibility for more projects and continued work.
