THE WORK

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Level 3 Project Engineer with a Secret clearance to work from our Colorado Springs, CO location.

This position is contingent upon the program award expected in June, 2026.

As Project Engineer, You Will

  • Be responsible for development, execution, and delivery of all assigned Technical Order (TO) tasks This includes, but is not limited to, technical order development execution in accordance with the schedule and within budgeted costs; peer review coordination, communication, and closure.
  • Provide proactive, frequent, and clear communication within the team, across functional areas, and across companies to ensure program success.
  • Ensure TO validation and/or support; identify and coordinate asset needs for development, dry runs, and validation; provide weekly schedule status, impact, and recovery status to leadership.
  • Support required or as needed program meetings; mitigate road blocks; and strategic initiatives and/or process improvement for cost and schedule savings.
  • Be responsible for the creation and update of technical orders and training documentation
  • Products will include instructor guides, student guides, and other technical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering staff and subject matter experts to develop a product that meets the instructional and technical learning requirements
  • Communicate development status and issues to the leadership to ensure accurate metrics are provided
  • Be responsible for packaging and delivery courseware modifications
  • Ensure the product follows US English guidelines and complies with customer requirements

This is an EARLY-MID CAREER (level 3) ROLE where candidates typically require 3+ years of professional experience and a BS degree.
